Hello doctor
I'm 39 male, straight and merried didn't do nothing outside my marriage for couple of years and checked for all std's after my last event few years ago with csw.
I would like to hear you're professional opinion about a situation that happens a week ago while I was on vacation in Romania. I was drunk and decided to try sex with tranny, she is sex worker and it was at her apartment. All we done was mutual masturbation, I licked and sucked her nipples, and sucked her pennies deep (with condom on) for few minutes (3-4) (I asked for the condom) she didn't cum at all.  I think that the condom didn't cover all the penis so maybe my mouth touch part that wasn't covered.  She didn't sucked my penis and we didn't had penetrative sex at all. But still I'm worried, I don't have any idea about her HIV status, didn't notice any sores or something unusual.  Do you think it was risk event?

Welcome to the forum.

You describe a zero risk exposure in regard to HIV. The virus is not transmitted by hand-genital contact, even when genital fluids are used for lubrication, and not by kissing. Oral sex with a male penis carries a small risk, but not with condom protection. I see no need for testing, and you can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife with no risk of infecting her.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
