Hi Dr I am sorry to ask again about the same exposure its just know it’s about 4 weeks of that exposure the massage and handjob , Dr after 4 weeks I noticed something in the said of my body under the arms spot or something like rush but not too much and I feel like if there is one spot in mu mouth I don’t know as your advice before my exposure was considered save because it’s only handjop , but iits because I can’t stop thinking about it, I have like crazy thinking like what if she injected me  with something in my feet becouse I felt uncomfortable the next day and the bottom of my feet was burning, but in the same time I said to my self if she did something like that I could feel it at that time no matter what, and why she do something like this, and sometimes I think if she hade cut in her hand or and or and or ,,, I don’t know I was forgetting this but I don’t know when I so the rush on my said i started to think again it was only handjop and she was fully dressed nothing else , please dr is what I feel and what i saw it’s not related to the hand jop no fever no pain I feel sometimes i am good but it’s almost 4 weeks know i am sorry I know I think like crazy and strange its just the way I am.

Welcome back to the Forum.  I'm sorry you felt the need.  My answers will not change but I will try to provide some additional information.  It appears that you feel guilty about this.  As a result, you are looking for abnormalities and changes and are probably detected changes that you would otherwise overlook or ignore.  I can assure you that NO ONE has EVER gotten HIV from receipt of masturbation and that you will not be the first.  While I see no scientific or medical reason for you to be tested, perhaps to reassure  yourself you should seek testing.  If your symptoms were due to HIV, you test would be positive.   Please don't worry.  EWH---

No, your symptoms are not at all suggestive of HIV.  I'm sorry if you misunderstood why I mentioned testing.   I mentioned testing ONLY because I thought it might you have wanted reassurance beyond my words.  There is NO MEDICAL REASON or testing.  ---

I am confident that the symptoms you describe are NOT due to HIV.  Your exposure did not put you any risk for HIV or other STIs.---
