Hello doctor .

Before 6 months . I had a protcetive  sexual encounter with csw . I had tested multiple times for HIV 3,5,6 months all are negative . I had taken a test for gonnera ,chlamydia and for syphillis after 30 days of exposure which is negative .

Now my concern is a  week ago  i spotted a small lesion like pimple under the inner thighs .i don’t know is this caused by heat or any other cause like friction . And i also spoted three dark black spot under the pennis scrotum which is not itchy or does not cause any pain ,look just like a big dark mole .And also a crack on the centre of the lips , split lips.Do i need anything to ne worried about these moles and the pimples .

Do i need to test for herpes? Or any stds . Its been 7 months since the last exposure had been taken place . I dont have any sexual partners before this exposure apart from my wife

What is the maximum days for a herpes to get break out if one being infected
How do i differentiate the herpes from other lesions?
Can it be possible for herpes lessions to be spotted after 6.5  months ?
