[Question #8207] Unexpected encounter

At the end of a message a masseuse took a partial erection as a sign to start touching me.  There was only hand only contact for a matter of seconds before I left.  I’m married and do not mess around, I am very very happy with my beautiful life so there’s been obvious stress over this stupid occurrence and I hate it.  My wife is so great, this can’t mess with my marriage. I’ve been paranoid since as since 2-3 days after this I’ve had some slight swelling and redness around the corona of my glans.  It’s tender but not really painful and doesn’t itch.  May be slight bumps or just swollen so looks like bumps.  At first I figured friction burn but it’s been almost 7 weeks.  Should there be any concern about this issue.   It won’t seem to go away, but is only a minor convenience.  I’ve never had an std and have been tested recently, and I have never cheated nor has my wife,  but window periods seem to be confusing so not sure how to trust tests.  Did 10 panel test 4 times over first 4 weeks from paranoia.

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.

No STD ever are transmitted by hand-genital contact. And no STD would cause the symptoms you describe, especially lasting this long. If you had asked before testing, I would have recommended against even a single round of STD testing -- and 4 test panels is a major overreaction. Even if something had turned up positive, it would not have been from the massage event you have described.

If you are fairly certain there is abnormal redness or irritation, your penis should be professionally examined, ideally by a dermatologist. But in the meantime, please do not be worried about any STD, or any other infection you could transmit to your wife. I hope you are continuing your normal sex life with her:  there is absolutely no reason not to do so.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
