[Question #8260] Escort Handjob

Hello, hope all is well!

I had a question regarding an encounter with an escort yesterday.  It seems I learn something new after every encounter....while I assumed if we avoided sex and stuck to a handjob i'd be safe from any STD....raised doubt.

She was massaging me....and then placed lube on her hands.....then touched her vagina for 1-2 seconds and then touched my penis with the same hand....I knew that felt wrong from an std perspective....so after she touched my penis I put on a lot more lube into her hands to 'dilute' the amount of lube already in her hand.  She then proceeded to lightly 'finger' my anus as I masturbated with my hand.

After the handjob....I learned from google that if she had 'genital secretions' when she touched her vagina this is considered a way to transfer an std such as HPV or HSV onto my penis or anus.

To sum up:

1- Is her touching her vagina and then my penis (or anus) grounds for STD scares?  (Not sure whether she had genital secretions').

2- Should I test for anything?  (I think mainly HSV is since we cant test HPV for males).

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your question. I’ll be glad to comment.

Receipt of masturbation is safe sex without risk for STIs.  This is the case even if partners get each other’s genital secretions directly on each other or if a partner touches their genitals immediately before touching or masturbating a partner.  There is no reason for testing of any sort related to the events that you describe.

Please don’t worry.  I hope this information is helpful. EWH

Thank you for that reply....that was helpful.

Just to follow-up for future STI prevention:

1- Is 'Face Sitting' considered a safe act?  (Practiced in BDSM encounters).
2- How would one practice safe Body to Body massage?  Or is that best avoided?

Thanks for your help...very much apprecaited!

1.  Yes
2. Body to body massage is safe.  No penetration, no risk.
