Good evening,
I went ahead at 5.5 days and tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia via Urine and it came back negative.
A lot of my itching (my scrotum, inner thigh and shaft; pretty intense at times) and groin pain/feeling of swelling persisted. When I’m relaxed though it seems to dissipate. So I’m quite sure it’s anxiety.
My issue now, almost 12 days post, is that I’m now coming down with a sore throat where a post nasal drip would occur. I THINK it may be because of a drip, but I’m not quite sure. It’s towards the top of my mouth and not the back of my throat. But I am also feeling very run down and am nervous this is the beginning of ARS as my armpits and groin have been stiff and sore the last few days.
Again to reiterate, I had protected oral and vaginal sex with an escort (200-300/hr idk if that’s considered decently high class). My issue was being very intoxicated and disturbances in the room, I kept losing my erection and also having to pull my pants up and walk throughout the room with the condom still on. As a result the condom slid around a lot, rolled all the way to the head, looking like it was ready to pull off, really loose at the tip. When vaginal penetration did occur, the condom was readjusted and slid back down as my urethra was covered completely and didn’t appear to tear.
1.) Would this be considered condom reuse? My anxiety makes me think maybe it came completely off and I put it back on but I’m sure that’s my anxiety and OCD at play.
2.) If the condom was worn properly even with reuse/sliding the way it did in my scenario, is that essentially the same as using no protection?
Again, the escort said she does not offer unprotected services and gets tested but I know it’s just her word.

I should also add, she stated she had a client before me so I worry maybe something happened then. I need to get a grip.

Sorry you felt the need to return. You're seriously overthinking a near-zero risk situation.
---
Itching etc: I agree with your self diagnosis.
Sore throat and post nasal drip: There is no STI that causes these symptoms. You caught a cold. (Or, depending vaccination, potential exposures, etc, you might need testing for COVID-19.)
1) Would I classify this as "condom re-use"? I don't know -- but who cares? Condom re-use in theory raises the risk of STI (or pregnancy) compared with using a new condom, but it really isn't a high risk factor for STI.
2) No, this is not the same as "using no protection". Any barrier is better than none.
I'm glad to hear your gonorrhea/chlamydia tests were negative. Given that outcome and no symptoms of STI, why are you so concerned? I'm not.
