[Question #8296] Just want to hear it from someone else.

6 days ago (Saturday Night) made a terrible mistake. I was very drunk and visited a Asian spa. During the massage I received a few minutes of HJ with lotion. I was touching her as well, with no finger penetration. She then put on a condom and gave me oral for a few minutes. I was not feeling it. So she continues she HJ with the condom on. I ended up just getting and leaving. I was quite drunk. I want to get tested for peace of mind. Also, if the events aren’t quite what I remember. Before I return home from a long term assignment and get back to my real life. I’m almost sure everything stayed covered.
1.) If I test tomorrow for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich. Will those results be conclusive and require no further testing?
2.). Should I be concerned about m. Genitalium?
3.) Should I even bother with HIV and Syphilis test?
I feel a lot of this is anxiety/guilt driven.
Thank You.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your confidence in our services.
You really needn't worry at all -- you describe an absolutely zero risk event. Hand-genital contact always is risk free, never known to transmit any STI. And even without a condom, oral sex is low risk for all infections -- not completely, but with a far lower chance of any STI than vaginal or anal sex. And with a condom, the risk is truly zero. You were at no more risk for infection from these events than if you had met the massage worker at a party and shook hands with her. I recommend against testing for anything, unless maybe you are otherwise at risk from other sexual exploits in the past. If positive for anything, it would have to be from some contact other than the one six days ago. To your specific questions:
1) First, definitely do not test for trichomonas, which does not infect the oral cavity and cannot be acquired by oral sex. And it is asymptomatic in men and usually a trivial problem in women, such as your current or future sex partner(s). Chlamydia also is almost never transmitted by oral sex and no testing is needed. Gonorrhea can be so transmitted, but if you had acquired gonorrhea, you would already be having symptoms (urethral discharge, painful urination). But if you feel you must be tested, there has been plenty of time for conclusive results. But for sure skip trichomonas!
2) Mycoplasma genitalium also is rarely found in the oral cavity and thus never a risk from oral sex, and also no risk by hand-genital contact. Even for unprotected vaginal sex, testing for M gen is never recommended for screening men without symptoms. The only recommended testing is when men have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) that doesn't clear up with treatment, or rapidly recurs after treatment.
3) I also see no need for syphilis or HIV testing.
I think you're on the right track with your anxiety/guilt comment. Don't confuse these emotions with infection risk: they aren't the same!
Really, just let this go. That's what I would do if somehow I were in your situation, and that includes continuing unprotected sex with my wife with no worry about infecting her with any STI. This is all a big nothingburger!
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
