I was just starting to feel better about my situation.

However today I observed a roughly 1mm white-ish spot inside my urethra. I can't tell if it's raised or not.  I know that GW's can form in the urethra, and I'm worried that this is a wart. Is this likely, or am I simply paranoid and looking at a normal anatomical variation?

You misunderstand what this forum can do. We do not provide medical care and I have no way (and will not try) to diagnose the various thing you are seeing with compulsive self examination of your penis. It remains unlikely you have genital warts, and that includes the new bump you are seeing in your urethra. Probably it is not abnormal, but personal examination by a doctor in person is the only way to know for sure.

The forum does not permit repeated anxiety driven questions on the same topic.
