1- i have two (4th generation test) from my last exposure in the following date:

At my 14 days (Non-Reactive)

At my 20 days (Non-Reactive)

My plan to have two more in 28 days and 43 days.

My question is :

- what is the accuracy of my test “Both” (%)?

- what will be my accuracy at (28 days)?

- currently i feel some sputum (phlegm) in my throat only ,, can this be ARS?

-One more thing will test my final one at 43 days, this will me 100% conclusive and no additional test required any time for this exposure  “if also high exposure such as anal sex with someone known have untreated HIV” this will be 100% conclusive? No matter the risk before 43 days

For us to give the best advice for questions like this, it's helpful to know the nature of the exposure. It makes a difference in the level of reassurance that we might give. (You seem to be aware of this, based on your speculative sounding comment about anal sex with an infected partner.) 

Among newly infected people, the AgAb (4th generation) HIV blood tests detect about 50% of infections at 2 weeks and 75-80% at 3 weeks, i.e. about 20-21 days. Another negative result at 4 weeks will be 98-99% reliable. And yes, your final test at 6 weeks will be 100% conclusive, including for the highest risk exposures, such as anal sex with an infected partner not on anti-HIV treatment.

I'll be happy to comment further if you would like to say more about the exposure you are concerned about. I hope this information is helpful in the meantime.

And i will honest with you in every word 

Exposure: body to body massage it was not clean place at all !

During the massage i was wear disposable underwear (like any underwear in massage center i think) all the time (during the massage)

"assist me in my risk (zero,low,high)". Zero, for HIV and all STIs. No infection can be transmitted through clothing, paper, or any other material. Nobody ever catches any STI by massage.

"43 days conclusive no matter the risk? And no additional test required also if high risk?" Repeat question, answered above for HIV (re-read starting with "And yes,..."). 

"i will do full std by 43 days." That would not be smart, a waste of money and time. Some blood tests are not highly accurate; there is greater chance of having a false result than of catching any infection during your risk free exposure. Don't do it.

"i need your answer regarding my ARS". You do not have ARS.

Just for my general information 

- i understand know this is zero risk (no need for any test) true?

-In 4th generation test (HiV) can i have false result (like false positive) ? What is the accuracy of this test?

- And also for (HBV,HCV) test (accuracy) can i have false positive? And the accuracy ?

Type of test for(HBV): hepatitis B surface (HBs) AG

Type of test for (HCV): hepatitis C virus (HCV) Abs

I ask for this 3 because its part from marriage process in my country and i will have it on 55 days after this exposure mentioned in my 2nd replay .

-This will accurate (conclusive) for 3 test? I worried now from false positive!? (55 days)

Because i want to start new relation without any worry to infect my new partner (FYI DR. I have full STD before this exposure (week before) all was negative , no need to test any more?

-Last question COVID 19 vaccine will effect on this 3 tests? I have plan to take my 3rd dose before this test maybe 1 or 2 days ?

And this is my last replay , i cancel my plan to test 28 or 43 based on your comment (zero risk)

And i will have this 3 before my new relationship as part from process

I know this is a lot information i hope you can answer me , i will not forget that i all my life !

All the tests mentioned have virtually no false positive results -- i.e. a positive result always is true. I'm not sure what else you mean by "accuracy" -- but I think you mean sensitivity, i.e. the proportion of infections detected. After enough time has passed, it's 100% or close to it:  that is, the tests miss few if any infections after enough time (window period) has passed, usually 6 weeks for all the tests mentioned.

No medications of any kind have any effect on any of these tests or their reliability. That includes the COVID-19 vaccines.

Disposable underwear, frontage, etc:  Answered above. I haven't changed my mind!
