[Question #8440] Very concerned about STI- discharge in urine

Hi- this is a follow up from a question I asked a couple of weeks ago. Backgroundis that I received oral sex from a stripper who used a condom. - this occurred about 6 weeks ago. I saw a small, almost unnoticeable discharge on my leg while working out about 3 weeks later and since then have seen it in my urine 4 times, including today where it was the most significant amount yet. In 2 of those cases it was a small amount that was expressed while I was moving my bowels and I just saw it in the toilet so was not 100% sure. But the last two times I was careful to pay attention and saw it leave my body. In this last instance my urine came out as if there was something blocking it at first and then I did see it in the toilet and it was a sizable amount, almost resembling semen. I have taken two full panel STI tests, done directly with a well-known lab (have not seen a dr) and everything has come back negative. These tests were taken 24 days after my encounter and then again 39 days after. The lab conducts the test through urine and blood samples. My concern is that I needed a more comprehensive test of some kind that I was not aware of or that I waited too long after exposure for these two show up on any STI tests. As I mentioned above, I have not seen a dr, instead dealing with a lab directly Please let me know your thoughts.More background if helpful: I have been very stressed and am out of work on disability due to anxiety and depression and mostly sedentary over the last 6 weeks except when I am able to exercise. I thought I felt some pressure in my urethra at times and after I urinate I experience leakage for what seemed to be longer than usual. But I was not sure if these were just related to my heightened anxiety. Also when I last posted a question related to this, Dr Hook mentioned that secretions are normal and I am probably just seeing them now because of my hyper vigilance.
That made sense to me, but the amount of the discharge I observed today concerned me

Welcome back to the forum although it distresses me that you have felt the need to return once again. Your continued anxiety-fueled hypervigilance is your problem.
Currently available tests for sexually transmitted infections are among us the most sensitive test in all of medicine and with two negative test you can be absolutely, completely confident that you do not have any of the STI’s tested for. Further, the nature of symptomatic STI‘s is it symptoms do not come and go as is your experience, but tend to be present continuously or even progress over time. Normal urethral discharge varies substantially in quantity and nature, affected by variables such as duration since last urination. In addition, straining at the time of bowel movements tends to express prostatic secretions normally. Your hyper vigilance may be contributing to your observed increase in urethral secretions.
Bottom line, you do not have an STI. Your tests prove that! It’s time for you to move on. If you are not able to do so, which it seems to be the case, my most important suggestion is for you to seek counseling regarding the guilt and anxiety you manifest over your no risk exposure. EWH
