Welcome to our forum and thanks for your question I’ll be glad to answer.  The encounters you described are safe sex with no risk for acquisition of HIV or other STI‘s. STI‘s are not transmitted through the material of clothing, even if that clothing material happens to get wet with genital secretions. In addition HIV and other STI‘s are not transmitted through transfer of infectious material from one person’s genitals to another on a persons hands. It is for this reason that mutual masturbation in which participants get each other’s genital secretion on one another is considered safe sex but all experts and organizations such as the CDC and WHO.

Nothing you describe suggests any risk for acquisition of HIV or other STI’s and no need for testing.  You can certainly move forward without concern. I hope this information is helpful. EWH

Straight to your questions several of which are somewhat repetitive:
1. No, never
2.  Tests for HIV using combination HIV antigen/antibody tests (fourth-generation) provide conclusive results at any time more than six weeks following an exposure.
3.  No
4.  HIV related OCD requires professional help. Efforts to address it yourself will be unlikely to succeed.

Straight to your final questions:
1.  HIV becomes non-infectious upon exposure to in the environment. HIV cannot be acquired from contact with contaminated inanimate objects including toilet seats
2.  HIV is transmitted only through direct, unprotected sexual exposure or injection of infected material deep in the tissues. Sexual acquisition of HIV is best avoided through correct and consistent condom use for all sexual activity. For people are extremely high risk for infection, oral  anti-HIV medication‘s known as preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP), can be taken but this is not recommended for persons who are not regularly at risk through sexual contact.
3.  No, see above
4.  No further testing is needed for the exposure you describe above.

This completes this thread. I hope the information I have provided is helpful to you. Take care. Please stay safe. EWH
