Last night I had a conversation with Dr. Handsfield regarding a situation where I received an unprotected blowjob from a white female I found on rubratings.  I had shaved my penis earlier in the day and was concerned that that had made me more susceptible to an HIV infection.  He told me that this was a no-risk situation for HIV.  But I didn't mention that when she was finished giving me the blowjob I first wiped my genitals with a hot rag with soap and water, but then rubbed down my genitals with hand sanitizer.  I have seen previous posts where you all state that hand sanitizer can be an irritant and possibly increase the chances of infection.  Given the hand sanitizer and the fact that I had shaved earlier in the day, did I increase my chances of contracting HIV?

I even rubbed the hand sanitizer vigorously on my urethra

Welcome back to the Forum although I find it sad that you are unable to move forward following Dr. Handsfield's concise, unequivocal response to your earlier questions.  On this occasion, I will be answering your questions. I agree with all the Dr. Handsfield told you- no one has EVER been proven to have acquired HIV from receipt of oral next, not ever. Neither the vigor with which you participated in frottage (genital rubbing) with you partner, nor the fact that you used hand sanitizer on your penis following the event (bad idea, please don't do that again, it serves NO purpose) in any way changes the fact that this was a NO RISK event with no scientific or medical reason for testing or concern.  Similarly as already mentioned, that you shaved earlier in the day makes no difference.

Please don't worry- this was a no risk event. Please don't go down the "rabbit hole" of "what if" questions.  You do not even know that your partner had HIV and statistically, it is quite unlikely.

Ok, I am now clear that it was a no-risk event for HIV, but what about syphilis from the oral sex?

Not a concern.  You need to relax and move forward.  Not perseverate on your no risk event.  EWH---

Ok, so to set my mind at ease, no risk of HIV or syphilis from the oral sex that I received in this encounter?

There is a tiny, inconsequential risk of syphilis acquisition from the exposure that you describe unless your partner had a visible lesion on her mouth.  The question is repetitive.   Repeating the question will not change my assessment (nor the assessment you received earlier from Dr. Handsfield) however, as your 3rd question in this thread, this will complete the thread which will be closed shortly.  This was a no risk event.  You need to move forward.  EWH---
