[Question #8523] Risk Assessment

Good Evening,
I went to the spa yesterday, took massage and happy ending with Hand job. No other sexual activity was performed, in fact I didn't touch her breasts or genitals.
before the Hand job I checked her palms hand and there was no visible cuts and whatsoever. I know hand job is considered as No risk activity but some sites (I don't know about their credibility says little but not Zero risk regarding HIV and other STIs). 1. I want your explanation on this?
2. Considering that lady was HIV positive and was not on medication then also if there isn't exchange of bodily fluids, there can't be any risk (not even theoretical) for transmission no?
3. My penis is uncircumcised and didn't have any lesion or wound....If her hands/fingers had microscopic or little wounds, cuts or hang nail with little bleeding which I couldn't see, Is there any risk for HIV transmission ? Is testing/PEP warranted ? or it is non-existent ?
PS- I recently did 45 days post exposure HIV duo test following my last exposure(Negative) and I think this isn't itself an exposure only, what's your opinion ?
4. Lastly, while stimulating my penis and scrotum she used other hand to finger my anus, If she did switch hands in between or only finger insertion itself is risk of any kind?
5.I am thinking even if she have had some vaginal discharge on her hand before entering the room then also while massaging virus would have became inactive no? or could it survive in wet medium of olive oil ?
5.I am thinking even if she have had some vaginal discharge on her hand before entering the room then also while massaging virus would have became inactive no? or could it survive in wet medium of olive oil ?
Just to level up I took hand job in a spa because I wanted to move on with unnecessary fears and prejudice that has been developed and now I am thinking it was futile.
Can I move on and continue to have sexual relationship with my wife ? what would you do sir ?
Is any intervention required ?
Final words of advice would be appreciable.

These are exactly the same questions already answered in your two other recent threads. That it's a new event makes no difference: the exposure was essentially the same and the answers to these questions are obvious from the previous discussion. And statistically it is unlikely the masseuse has HIV.

1. There is nothing to explain. Who cares what the risk really is if no such cases have ever been known to occur?
2. No risk.
3. Circumcision status makes little or no difference in risk for hand-genital contact.
4. Fingering of the anus is risk free for hIV.
5. No measurable risk even if vaginal discharge was used for lubrication.
No intervention needed and you can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife. That's what I would do if somehow I were in your situation.
There won't be an opportunity for discussion. Please note the forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic. This will have to be your last about massage events and similar exposures; future new questions along these lines will receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded. This policy is based on compassion, not criticism, and to reduce temptations to keep paying for questions with obvious answers. In addition, experience shows that continued answers tend to prolong users' anxieties rather than reducing them. Finally, such questions have little educational value for other users, one of the forum's main purposes. Thanks for your understanding.
