a. Let's say a male is infected with HPV 16 with a handjob from a massage, since it's largely asymptomatic or symptoms don't show up for very long doesn't it look like these cases will be missed to show up in STD clinics?
b. They could show up if they have a regular partner (abnormal Pap smear) but even then, it might be counted as an intercourse scenario whereas original issue was handjob from a massage.
c. As for genital warts, although HPV, I understand these are different strains. Is it safe to assume infectivity of both strains are about the same. I read somewhere HPV16 is more common than other strains, so I am worried if it can more aggressively spread than wart causing scenarios that might also not show up in STD clinics.
Doctor, please note I greatly respect your perspectives, but as given in the other question background, I had multiple handjob exposures and given my symptoms I am starting to worry if I got repeatedly infected with multiple strains of HPV through handjob while I earlier assumed it's extremely unlikely. When you mentioned busy STD clinics scenario you have taken these possibilities into account and still confident handjobs are extremely safe? Sorry I had to follow up would appreciate your responses!!

One more note:
Without genital/gential contact or intercourse, in things like handjob is it safe to assume chance of acquiring is 1 in a 10000?? And without secretions, may be even more rare? AFAIK, even genital secretions were not used. I am worried about their hand touching their underpants/pants in few cases before giving handjob.
2. I kissed on lips (closed kiss) with few of them a few times (say 5 of them, 10 times), semi open kissed once (2-3 seconds with 1 person) slightly tongue involved soon stopped - what are my risks for oral HPV.
3. Lastly, I did have multiple breast licking episodes (10-15) and from 1 I remember she wiping her breast surface when I tried to lick. Now I start to worry it's because someone earlier had their penis or mouth that she possibly did not clean (or Clean enough). If that's the case, am I at risk of oral HPV through these episodes?
I have otherwise never participated in oral sex to be concerned about oral HPV. Also I am a virgin (no genital/genital or intercourses). Once again, thanks for your inputs doctor!
