[Question #8535] Sex worker ejaculation

Hello Doctor, sorry for my bad English. So yesterday I used a delivery health here in Tokyo. I met this prostitute and we had reciprocal masturbation, she performed oral sex to me (no condom) and I performed oral sex to her, during that she "squirt" really a lot and accidentally some drops of the liquid (I suppose it's just urine) went of my penis. Is there any risk for a STD? There was no vaginal sex, forbidden by japanese laws.

This exposure was very low risk for STDs. You are correct that female "ejaculation" fluid is urine -- and urine rarely transmits STIs or any other infection. In fact, urine is toxic to most STD bacteria and viruses. The oral exposures -- her mouth to your penis, her vaginal area to your mouth -- were more risky for infection than urine contacting your penis (or any other part of your body). But even the oral exposures were low risk.
So you really needn't be worried. But if you would like reassurance, you could consider seeing a doctor for a throat swab test for gonorrhea and urine testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia. But even these are optional, in my view. Perhaps the STI doctor you mentioned in your previous question would be available, and likely highly expert in these matters.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.
