2 weeks after shaving my penis I noticed a small red bump at the base of my penis. The bump was small, red, and had a hair follicle in the center of it. Over the following 2 weeks the bump went away and a hair grew out of the hair follicle.  During this timeframe I did receive an unprotected blowjob from a female. What are the chances that the red bump was a syphilis chancre?
