I am a 28 years old male, Married and have a daughter of 8 Months.

doctor i have had multiple sexual contact with CSW in New Delhi India last year maybe more than 10 however i remember last 4 dated - 19 October, 30 October, 18 November and 1 December. In all the enounters i have used condom everytime. In my last visit to a CSW on 1 December i have Kissed her like a deep kiss and i have wisdom teeth trouble which sometimes bleed give me pain as weI got panicked after the kissing and started looking out on internet for HIV and got anxious. After 3 weeks of last encounter I had a couple of cold beer,  smoked after which i suffered sore throat, cold and fatigue for 3 days max. took antibiotic and paracetamol for 3 days but after this i got very anxious and nervous i lost my appetite and lost weight around 6 KG.

HIV Combi Eclia - 11, 27, 37, 45, 70, 82, 91 days post last exposure all negative

HIV Combo & p24 CMIA - 33 and 55 days post last exposure both negative with 0.05 and 0.08 value.

Hep B Ag - 86 days post last exposure - negative

Hep c Ab Eclia - 86 days post last exposure - negative

Doctor ever since i first looked up for HIV on internet my life has turned upside down. There maybe no website or forum on internet which i have not gone through i have spoken to many doctors in india and they assured me that i dont have HIV but still i cant get hold of my self on few queries which i hope you can clarify

1. Are my test 100% conclusive despite i had more than 10 protected sexual encounter with CSW in delhi. 

2. Do i need any further testing like after 6 months or so.

3. should i worry about HIV 2 and if so then what is the window period for it to rule out HIV 2 as well.

Please advice doctor as i have had unprotected sex with my wife and now i worry that i might have infected her and my daughter is breast feeding which means she can be infected as well.

Your test results for HIV, for hepatitis B, and for hepatitis C (which is not typically sexually transmitted) or or conclusive and prove that you were not infected through your past sexual encounters.  Thus, in response to your specific questions:

1.  Irrespective of how many past encounters you’ve had, given the fact that your last encounter was on December 1, you could be entirely confident that your results are conclusive and that you did not require any of the STI’s you tested for.

2.  There is absolutely no need for further testing related to the encounter you describe.

3.  Your results for HIV-2 are also conclusive and do not need to be repeated.

Now that you are aware that i am under imense anxiety, stress and fear from past 3 months and want to ask one more question to you just out of anxiety.

---- Can I be 100% sure that i did not get HIV from the exposures i have explained and leave all the fear of HIV behind and undoubtedly maintain sexual relationship with my wife?

I know the question seem to be repeated and silly but your comment on this will help me finally put an end to my stess and fear about HIV from the exposures explained.
