[Question #8755] syphilis

There seems to be a problem with the wording of the question, as I sent and found a missing one. I will resend it. Coming back again because of my concern about syphilis. I tested RPR after 9 weeks and the result was negative. I overcame this issue until a rash appeared (after four months) on the palm of my hand, the most prominent characteristic of which is that it is under The skin is not protruding and lasts for 1-2 days and disappears and is in a different location each time in the palm of the hand and mostly in the palm of the left hand while this is happening I tested VDRL, TPPA and it came negative (I don't know if the tester passed the prozone) The important thing is that the rash is still In this manner until now

Welcome back to the forum. Thank you for your continued confidence in our services.
You apparently have read that the skin rash of secondary syphilis can involve the palms of the hands and soles of the feet, which is uncommon for most skin rashes. That's all true. However, a rash involving ONLY the palm of one hand is rarely if ever caused by syphilis. In addition, the rash of syphilis does not come and go for a day or two: once present, it lasts for weeks, or until treatment with penicillin. Finally and most important, it is impossible to have secondary syphilis with the negative syphilis blood tests you have had. (Prozone is rarely a problem: most labs routinely take steps to prevent it. Also, prozone only applies to VDRL and related tests, and is not an issue for TPPA or other confirmatory lab tests for syphilis.
If your rash continues or you otherwise remain concerned, see a doctor -- preferably a dermatologist -- to learn the cause and treatment. In the meantime, you can be 100% certain it isn't syphilis.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

In fact, I am grateful that there are websites that provide communication with great people like you. I have some simple comment as it is clear from my expressions. English is the second language for me so I can be sure:
1- I did not mean that the rash comes and goes in the same place, but rather it disappears from its location that It appeared in it and moved to another place in the same palm.
2- The rash appears in the palm of the other hand (the right), but to a lesser degree, and it goes in the same pattern (it appears in one place for a day or two and disappears and appears in another place

Thank you for your kind comments. Your English seems fine to me!
2. This does not change my opinion or advice. Please note I gave several reasons you do not have syphilis. Stop focusing on the nature and location of the rash and read all the reasons. Each reason, by itself, shows you do not have syphils. Thanks.

I have final questions,
1-can syphilis be transmitted through sweat
or live on surfaces and be transmitted by direct contact, handshake,
or hand kissing?
2-How long does it live on surfaces until it is not contagious?

3-If there is a mosquito in the same house, is syphilis transmitted from one person to another?

4-By sneezing in someone else's face

Syphilis is not transmitted except by direct sexual contact: not by through sweat, not by contacting contaminated surfaces, not by mosquitoes, not by sneezing. And your blood test results PROVE you do not have syphilis. If you do not have sex with someone with syphilis, you will never catch syphilis. If you do catch syphilis yourself, you will NEVER transmit it to household members, only to someone you have sex with. There are no exceptions: so please no more questions along these lines. Thanks.
The completes the two follow-up exchanges included with each question and so ends this thread. I hope the discussion has been useful. Best wishes and stay safe.
