Hey there, I know that I have a tendency to worry about herpes , but this has me slightly concerned, I noticed today that I have tiny red spots/bumps (not really raised more like a rash) .. right underneath the head of my penis on the top side where penis skin kind of folds over the head (I’m circumcised .. but the head kinda retracts into the skin when I’m soft. There is no pain, itching, or blistering. I did play golf for 5 hours in humid weather, fell asleep without showering , and then showered using my girlfriends shampoo last night. And this concern is new as of today. I’ve been with the same person for months and we’ve never had any issues. We don’t use condoms and she’s sure she’s clean but I haven’t seen paper work, we’ve only had sex once briefly in the last week. I’ve been tested for herpes twice last year and was negative on both tests. Does this sound concerning to you?

The more I look at it, nothing is really raised, just looks slightly irritated In the 2 spots (both on top of penis but on the left and right of the top of that makes sense… but between that looks normal).. 

Thanks for the very fast reply I didn’t even notice it. Idk I don’t want to push her and I trust her. It’s reassuring that you don’t think it’s too concerning .. I’ll let some time pass and update you on the symptoms. I just don’t wanna rush to an urgent care/ spend money on yet another test 

Well.. some new info lol. The night before I played golf my new and my girlfriend had brief sex … and she said she was taking antibiotics for a sinus infection that week and got a yeast infection as she is prone to them… she was unaware that they could be transmitted.. usually I wash after but didn’t that night and then was sweating .. didn’t shower etc.. I told her in the future to inform me! 

Well, that explains a whole lot, doesn't it!  Glad to hear there is a reasonable explanation.---
