I had an encounter with a friend of mine on the 6 of April about seven days later started getting burning sensation in penis, I have been checking every so often and squeezing to see discharge but nothing, she said she doesn’t have anything, should I test or is it just anxiety?

Welcome to our forum and thanks for your question. There are many unknowns here. Have you been checked for STI‘s in the past? If so when. Similarly, despite the fact that your partner is asymptomatic, many infections can be asymptomatic and carried for a long time without people knowing this is particularly true for chlamydia..
In addition it would help me to assess your situation if you could describe the burning a bit more. STI’s can be present both without symptoms or only with minor symptoms. Is the burning present during urination or at other times. Is iit intermittent or not?
The answers to these questions will help me to better address your need for testing. We find that clients who are concerned or anxious about recent encounters may be particularly attuned to sensations which they had not noticed before. This may be due to detection of normal sensations or may be symptoms related to infection. Your answers will help me to address this but by and large, testing is easy, confidential, and will provide you with definitive answers relatively quickly. The major test I would perform in your situation would be a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
I hope this perspective is helpful to you. If you wish to provide further information or if any part of my answer is unclear, please don’t hesitate to use Europe to follow ups for clarification. EWH

It doesn’t burn during urination it’s feels that way a while after. I have been checked in the past and all were negative, it is intermittent. Again I have not seen any discharge.

Although a discharge need not be present for an STI to be there, symptoms of STI’s are typically continuous, not intermittent and tend to be most prominent on with urination. My guess is that you are noticing normal sensations but as I said, if testing is easy to do there is no reason not to do so. EWH---

By continuous do you mean burn all the time? Also would you feel the burning at the tip of the penis or in the head?

Fight intermittent, I mean that every time an action (like urination) elicits a symptom (like burning) this always occurs. Typically the symptoms of penile infection with STI’s are burning with urination. In the interval between episodes of urination persons are typically without burning or other symptoms.
I presume you are where we provide up to three responses to each clients questions. Does this will be my final response to your questions. I hope the information I have provided is helpful to you. Take care. EWH
