Hi doc
I'm sorry I'm back here again. About 4 days ago. I had protected oral sex from a stranger. I did not who she was. She didn't have any visible sores on her mouth. The sex was protected and oral only. What are the chances of sti from this exposure. The condom seemed intact when I got rid of it. I had weird sensations down there ever since this event. But that could be guilt and anxiety. I pee fine no discharge. No pain, I would say the sensation comes and goes and it's more like a itch. I also took 800 mg of cefixime and 1g of azithromycin.I know that the odds are very little to zero but want assurance.. thanks.

This is the sixth time in 2 years you have asked essentially the same question, and you have been warned about repeated anxiety driven questions on the same topic -- and even had at least one deleted without reply on account of that rule. And you even recognize that you were at no risk from the exposure described. Your symptoms are typical for anxiety making you more aware of trivial symptoms or even normal body sensations that otherwise you would ignore or not even notice. You did not need the antibiotics and you should not have taken them. Do your best to move on without worry.
