What I mean is when you kiss someone maybe a little saliva will be present so can saliva carry the virus if you only have it in the genitalia area only ? Also can I share drinks with others (note I only have it in the genitalia area ) thanks a lot 

No, if you only have the virus in the genital area, you cannot transmit this to someone else by kissing them or giving them oral sex.---
