I got blood test for STD; I did not tell the examiner the medication I use. So, I have been using since last year Evocapill, finasteride, Testosterone and Minoxidil for Hair Transplant, which each one contains Biotin. I had checked two times last year which I was negative, so I thought that maybe Biotin may affect the result and I suspect that this is False positive. So, what do I do? It says HSV1 >5.00 IgG, HSV2 >1.20 IgG.

Right, that's what I thought.  So your index value for HSV 2 is 1.20 and with that index value, there is a 90% chance that this is a false positive.  Per the CDC recommendations, you need a confirmatory test and the best is the herpes western blot.---

so how are the chances that biotin interference?

The labs have told us that Biotin doesn't interfere with this particular assay but I can't promise anything here about that, I'm afraid.---
