[Question #8891] Protected sex with errors

Hello doctors, I have not been handling the stress of my divorce very well and thought it was a great idea to hire the services of a couple bisexual female sex workers last night. I am left with a lot of anxiety because I was very nervous and had trouble staying erect. Condoms never came off but slipped a number of times exposing my shaft. There was no oral sex giving or receiving. My sole concerns are 1) my risks of their vaginal fluid on my shaft when the condom came up and 2) when I couldn’t climax, they finished me off with their hands which they used a lot of lube for (also when we were using condoms for intercourse) but I also think there was some of their vaginal fluid on their hands from touching themselves that would have mixed with the lube and touched my penis as they were masturbating me. I realize this is not the highest risk I could’ve possibly put myself into, but I am still quite worried about the exposure and would greatly appreciate some reassurance if it is warranted. Thank you very much.

Welcome back to the forum. I’ll be glad to comment.
This was a very low risk encounter. Most commercial sex workers do not have STI’s and even when they do, even most penetrative sexual acts do not result the transmission of infection. In your case, Your condoms did their job and contact of the shaft of the penis or pubic area with genital secretions does not put you at risk for STI’s, Door does masturbation even when in the process a partners genital secretions are transferred on their hands to your genitals. From the description you provide I see no reason for concern and no reason for testing. EWH
