[Question #8893] Massage Encounter

Hello,

This week I received an erotic massage. During the massage, I sucked on the female's breasts and touched her bare vagina with my middle finger.  I did not insert my finger into her vagina, but I could feel her vaginal fluid on my finger. My index finger had a small sore from me picking at the cuticle that had bled sometime in the previous 24 hours (can't exactly remember when). I didn't touch her vagina directly with my index finger, but I am afraid some of her fluids might have gotten onto that finger and into the sore.  What are the chances that I got a HIV or any other STD from this encounter?

Thank you

Welcome back to the Forum.  I note that this is your 8th question in the past 6 months and, having just reviewed them, I think at least part of your questions have been answered in previous responses.  Most commercial sex workers/masseuses do not have STIS.    Even if your partner did, there are no STIs including HIV which are acquired from either sucking a partner’s breast or from masturbating an infected person.  The cut on you finger/cuticle does not change this.   There is no need for concern and no need for testing related to the events you have described.

In reviewing your earlier posts I also note that you typically do not use the follow up questions available to you.  Just a reminder, over the next 30 days you may ask up to two additional follow up questions if you have lingering concerns or any part of my response is unclear.

Take care. Please don’t worry. EWH

Thank you. One follow-up question. She also did massage my anus a little bit.  I do occasionally get anal fissures. What if she had a cut on her hand and some blood came into contact with an anal fissure?

This too is a form of masturbation.  Thus, even if she has untreated HIV, contact with an anal fissure would be no risk.  No need for concern or testing.  EWH ---

Last question... as I mentioned before, while receiving the handjob I fingered the masseuse. A short time later I squeezed her breast with the same hand that I fingered her with. Then a short time after that I sucked on that same breast. What are the chances I got an STD from the vaginal fluid on my finger being transferred to her breast and then transferred from her breast into my mouth? What if I had a cut inside my mouth?

Like your receipt of masturbation, that you masturbated her or sucked her breast are entirely no risk events.  STIs, including HIV, are not transmitted through transfer of secretions on a persons fingers, directly or indirectly.  A cut or sore inside your mouth would make no difference.  No need for concern, no need for testing.

This will complete this thread.  EWH
