Went to ER had MRI and CT both normal If it was neurosyphilis would it have showed up on either test .

You don’t provide much context to the basis for your question and context is important in considering the likelihood of neurosyphilis. Although the signs and symptoms of neurosyphilis are highly variable, the symptoms that you described are not particularly concerning for the syndrome.

 The starting point for a diagnosis of neurosyphilis is a blood test for syphilis. If the test is positive for further evaluation, further history and consideration of treatment is appropriate. Again however , the symptoms you described do not raise meaningful concern for neurosyphilis even if you happen to have had Syphilis in the past.
