Hello, please I want a solution for my anxiety,I had a protected blowjob, but the lady placed the condom with her mouth while my penis had a small sore is like the skin is slightly burned , now I am worried about the hiv or std exposure because of any Salvia before placing the condom might touch the penis head or the ingured skin, when I calm my mind that the protected oral has no risk regarding hiv.
My mind is shifting to another case scenario that I have used her bathroom and maybe there is a semen left out from the other men and I accidentally exposed to it or from the towel or the toilet room in general.
Can you guide me here please what should I do should I get tested.I can not do anything these thoughts are occupying me heads 24/7.pleae help me also after the exposure within two days I've tested positive for covid19 and I have recovered after a week while I read that hiv and covid19 share the same symptoms so should I have hiv test or what should I do.thank you

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question. I'll be glad to comment and hope that my comments will help to reduce your anxiety. As you consider this, please remember that most people, including most commercial sex workers, do not have STIs had even when they do, most unprotested exposures do not lead to infection. In your case, the only exposure you may have had was to a small amount of her saliva on the condom as she put it on. STIs and HIV are not transmitted in saliva. There has never been a case of HIV proven to have been acquired from receipt of oral sex- you are not going to be the first. As for other STIs, the risk is likewise quite small and now, more than a week after your exposure if you were going to develop symptoms of an STI 9i.e. burning on urination or a penile discharge), that would have occurred. I see no reason for concern and no medical or scientific reason for testing related to the event you describe.
I hope these comments are helpful. EWH

Correct, no need to test for HIV. There are no cases of HIV which have been proven to have been acquired either through receipt of oral sex or as the result of touching an inanimate object (towel, toilet seat, etc. which was contaminated with secretions or blood from an infected person. No need to test. EWH---

And please that you found my comments helpful. Let me once again assure you there has never been approved in case of HIV acquired through receipt of oral sex. You are not going to be the first. Please do your best not to worry. I urge you to return to your normal life activities including unprotected sexual contact with your regular partners. This was a no risk event. There is no read for testing there is no reason for concern.
As you know, this completes this thread. Take care. EWH
