Hi Dr HHH & Dr EWH,
With regards to #8993, I mentioned my mouth came in contact with the strippers ass cheeks and panties (over her butt crack, not over her vagina). Would this be an HIV risk, if there were some fluids or menstrual blood soaked on her underwear or butt cheeks.
Thank you once again for your quick and assuring replies.

Still zero risk, which is obvious in my replies to your previous question, since you described this part of your non-exposure event at that time. Did you think I might have changed my mind? Even true oral sex (i.e. oral contact with an infected woman’s vagina) is risk free. In addition, HIV cannot be transmitted through cloth, so her panties also prevented virus transmission.

Stop worrying about this zero risk event. You will never get HIV sexually unless and until you have unprotected penile-vaginal or -anal sex. Do not confuse your anxiety or shame over a sexual decision you regret with infection risk from that decision. They aren’t the same.
Best wishes again— HHH, MD
