I apologize for the use of electronic translation, English is not the native language. I'm a guy and I received a mouthful from a girl who licked my penis and used a condom when I finished. I saw condoms from Expired in a month, and her memory of HIV.

Is there a risk of HIV transmission?
The incident is two weeks old and there are no symptoms.
If there are continuing concerns or any part of my response is unclear, please use your update to follow ups for clarification.

1-Is there a risk of HIV transmission?

2-Am I OK to resume sex with my regular partner?
Sorry for the bad writing

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question. Don't worry about language; I've got the picture.

You say nothing about your partner -- sex worker? Co-worker? Regular girl friend? But even is she is high risk for HIV, this was a very low risk event. Even without a condom, there has never been a proved case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis. That the condom may have been older increased the chance it would break; but if it remained intact, protection was complete. Therefore, there was no risk for any other STIs either. Tongue or saliva contact with the surface of the penis is no risk at all, for HIV or anything else.

For these reasons, from a strictly medical or risk standpoint, you do not need to be tested for HIV or any other STI. However, if you would like the reassurance of negative test results, you could have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") HIV blood test 6 weeks after the event. With or without testing, you can safely continue unprotected sex with your regular partner.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Should I go on with my life and go back to my wife?

If I were you, would you take the test
Note that I had a comprehensive body examination, including sexual diseases, and all were negative, two months before the relationship
Can I go on with my life without looking back

As I wrote above, "...from a strictly medical or risk standpoint, you do not need to be tested for HIV or any other STI. However, if you would like the reassurance of negative test results, you could have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") HIV blood test 6 weeks after the event. If somehow I were in your situation, I would not be tested for HIV or any other STI and I would continue unprotected sex with my wife without worry about infecting her with anything.
