Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your questions.  I’ll be glad to comment.

The exposure you describe was a no risk event.  No STIs, including HIV are transmitted on one person’s hands to another.  This is true even if that person has cuts on their hands or if you have recent cuts or scrapes on your body.  Even transfer of genital secretions or blood from one person to another on their hands is a no risk event.  There is no need for concern or for testing related to the exposure that you describe.

I hope these comments are helpful.  Please don’t worry. EWH

Infectious material must be injected deep into tissue to cause infections.  In addition the infectivity of HIV and other STIs is lost on exposure to the environment.  No one has ever been infected through the sort of exposure you describe.  You will not be the first.

There is no reason to abstain from unprotected sexual contact with your regular partner.  As I said, it was a no risk event.  EWH

hello again dr.

my last Q

the cuts or scraches where my body meet my **** if it had small bleeding at the time for massage , and the lady has bleed from her nails or fingers while the massage , does this but me at risk ?? is the cuts in genital area just like the other body area or its more risky in that area (less barriers) maybe there no blood flow but for sure it was cut because it was burning me when it touch water , it just more details about my case

is there a chance or i no way in this case i will be in risk

This is a repetitive question.  As I said in my original reply, "No STIs, including HIV are transmitted on one person’s hands to another.  This is true even if that person has cuts on their hands or if you have recent cuts or scrapes on your body."  The answer is not going to change with repeating the question.  This was a no risk event.

As I suspect you know, we provide up to three responses to each client's questions.  This is my 3rd response. thus the thread will be closed shortly without further responses.  Take care.  Please don't worry.  EWH.
