Lymph nodes were swollen due to a sore throat i had , but it went aeay and i feel like ALL my lymphnodes are swollen idk if im forcing them to be becuase i keep searching for them hard

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment.
You did not get HIV from the encounter you describe. You can be confident of that, as well as of the fact that none of the symptoms you have described are due to HIV. It is common for genital secretions to get under the base of condoms contacting intact penile skin. HIV however does not cause infection in this setting.
You have proved that you were not infected with your recent test results. When symptoms are present, HIV tests are positive and remains positive. Thus you can be confident that the symptoms you describe were not due to HIV. In addition, HIV test results at 4 weeks (28 days) are more than 99% conclusive and tests taken at 42-45 days are entirely conclusive. Your 40 day negative test is a strong indicator that you were not infected. FYI, we have never seen or heard of a person who had a negative 4th generation HIV test who went on to become positve after than time. Have confidence in your test results
I hope these comments are helpful. EWH

So me possibly masturbating with the secretions wouldn’t place me at a greater risk of transmission?
Last question after that is ,
I have a whole bunch of bumps on arm that arent itchy and moving to chest and face with ringeorm looking bumps on both sides of mouth with an ear ache sometimes … could stress have caused these symptoms ?

Masturbation in which you come into contact with a partner's genital secretions is a no risk event. it it characterized by the WHO and CDC as safe, no risk sex. This is the case even when partners are engaged in mutual masturbation.
I cannot comment on the bumps on your arm. I would have a health care provider take a look but it would be unlikely for a rash occurring more than five weeks after an exposure to be related to that exposure.
There are no medications which influence that accuracy of tests for HIV. Concerns about biotin are largely theoretical unless the amount of biotin ingested is huge. Emergen-c appears to mostly contain vitamin C which does not effect test accuracy. EWH

So even with swollen lymph nodes right now , bumps on arm , throats been feeling funny ever since it stopped being sore 4 months post
You feel like another hiv test isn’t necessary , and i should focus on other health issues

Swollen lip notes are a non-specific finding which can be caused by many different processes. Given your test results it is most unlikely that you have HIV. EWH ---

Apologies, that should have read "swollen lymph nodes". Your symptoms are compatible with numerous other upper respiratory infections. Your negative HIV test at 40 days is very strong evidence/proof that your current symptms are not due to HIV but to something else.
we provide up to three responses to each client's questions- this response completes this thread which will be closed shortly without further responses. Take care. EWH
