[Question #9180] Cunnilingus question

Hello,
I really appreciate all your support here in this forum. My question is few on last 19th August I went to a massage parlour and performed unprotected cunnilingus on a female massage therapist as she was giving me a hand job. This lasted for around 15mins. During this one time encounter I happened to pleasure her cliterous with my tongue. I didn't put any finger inside. As soon as we were done she brought me some mouthwash while she was cleaning her cliterous. I didn't see any leisons or sores in or around her cliterous or legs. After 4 days of this incident I started experiencing fatigue, burning throat and a slight abdominal pain that comes and goes. Symptoms developed to a sore throat and a oral thrush few days 8 days later. I didn't notice any blisters or leisons in my mouth or genitals. But I have itching that comes and goes around my neck shoulders. Also have joint pains. On August 31st (12 days) I did a 10 panel std test with HIV mRNA. All was negative. I am deeply stressed and concerned of me catching a std like herpes from this. I never had any sexual encounter before and I am single and never been married. I am very worried about catching a std like hiv or herpes from this and having to spend the rest of my life suffering over this stupid mistake I've made.
I know 12 days herpes igg blood test can be misleading. I've done the test from labcorp. 17days after the incident I went to see a primary care provider who examined my whole body and gave me a rocephen injection. She prescribed nystatin oral suspension 4 times a day. It's my 2nd day of it. I still have the itching 2 to 4 times a day. It's reduced little. But the oral infection is still there. I have red bumps in the back of my tongue and itchy tongue edges. No sores or blisters in on my lips or around my mouth. Primary care provider recommended me getting re-tested after 4 weeks.
What are my chances of catching hsv 1 and 2 from this.
I have a sore throat that has improved but still showhas red dot

Still shows as red and yellow like dots in the back of my throat. Can this be due to herpes?

Did you express your concerns about herpes to the provider that saw you and did they do any swabbing of your throat to help you sort this out? It is normal to have bumps on the back of your tongue - everyone does.
I don't have an exact % of risk from your encounter, but I can tell you that is is low, both because HSV 2 doesn't like to be in the oral area but also because this was a one time encounter, you saw no lesions or sores on this person.
If you still have concerns about your throat, you should return to your provider, and if a swab test was not done, you could request one so help you feel clearer about the cause of the dots in your throat.
I think herpes is really unlikely in your situation.,

Thanks for your answer. My main concerns were catching hiv / herpes. I told my provider and then she examined my body including private parts. I did the oral only outside (didn't likely my tongue go inside her vagina) and didn't finger her either. My provider took a swab from throat and examined with naked eyes. She didn't order any swab test. She said to get retested after around 5 weeks from the incident. My stress levels are above the roof top. So far it's 19th day from the incident. I don't have any blisters, sores around my mouth or genitals. I had few pimple in my face. I am very worried with no assurance or ease of my mind. With most of the articles I am seeing it quite possible to acquire herpes from an asymptotic genital shedding. And HIV mRNA 4th gen is also 95%. I am worried of thinking the chances of catching hsv1 and 2 from this. Provider took a urine sample and a blood to evaluate for another possible infection. But for herpes and all other its going to be a retest after 42 days. Which is next month (october) first week.

You say that the provider did take a throat swab and then you said she didn't so I'm confused.
All I can tell you here is that the risk of acquiring either HSV or HIV at this encounter is very low indeed. It's great that you don't have any blisters or sores around your mouth. Your genitals were not involved except for a hand job, correct, so we wouldn't expect to see or have any symptoms in the genital area.

Apologies for all the confusion.
Privider swab my throat and looked at it to see if there is anything not normal to her eyes, was presented. Then she throws that to the bin. No PCR was performed.
Is it possible for herpes to remain only in the back of the tongue and throat without coming out around mouth or on the lips.
Can there be a chance that herpes flare up will only be limited up to itching stage and not cause blisters or sores?
I have itching on the below areas
*under my chin from outside.
*behind and around the neck and shoulders,
*around the inner thighs,
*on the upper part of the chest above the pects to the side,
*under the buttocks,
*around the wrists and
*around elbows
*and rarely in the scrotum and under the lip. Those last only 2 seconds and go away. Comes and go around 4 times a day. But doesn't get reddish or develop into a blister or sore. Sometimes Vaseline helps to reduce the itching. Happens few times in the bed at night. Rarely itch when I am focused on to something else.
Can this be due to a possible herpes infection or is it my anxiety and stress?
And the igg blood test being negative for herpes 1 & 2 after 12 days exposure, is that time frame it enough to yield a some level of accurate test result?
How long is the PCR accurate after exposure?
Do you think I need to do retesting after 42days? How long from your opinion do I have to wait for a most accurate and assured test results?
I am again sorry for being so confusing as I am ashamed, stressed and not to know what to ask . Please forgive me for that. And I do again appreciate all your good work on this forum.
I am praying everything to be okay with me.

And what will be my chances of catching hsv 1 or 2 from this? I know it's relatively low. Is it something like one in hundred?

I can't give you a percentage. that would not be based on science, but low.
Itching in all of those location is unrelated to herpes. Only symptoms around the mouth could be related to herpes. The fact that you have these symptoms all over the place on your body suggest that this may well be related to your anxiety about this experience.
You could retest in 6 weeks and see what happens. If you are completely negative at that time, move on.
Your questions are fine but honestly, I seriously doubt that you have HSV
