Hell good doctors. I went to the gastroenterology this is the finding small bowel duodenal mucosa with no significant pathologic changes. No increased intraepithelial lymphocytes. Stomach gastric oxyntic and antral mucosa with mild chronic inflammatory infiltrate within the lamina propria. No intestinal metaplasia seen, no dysplasia seen. Biopsy from the stomach normal. Consistent with normal endoscopic appearance of the stomach and duodenum no finding of celiac disease. No barrett's epithelium ulceration erythema mass or structure noted in the esophagus. The entire stomach was normal. Since 1995 i been sick its been 27 years. Starting taking hiv tests in 2020 all negative.  I took over seven 4th generation laboratory hiv tests two pcr dna qualitative tests. Ten point of care clinic antibodies rapid tests all negative two hiv2 proviral dna test all negative.  My joints are killing me i have a cold i cant get rid of my tongue white thrush like 14 years ago took medication still tongue white. Diarrhea soon as I eat lost over ten pounds. My feets be hurting especially in the morning. Insomnia. I was reading that hiv proviral dna test is more accurate than all these tests i took. Should i order a proviral dna hiv test. If the gastroenterology cant find why my stomach hurt with diarrhea. Could it be hiv. Can i be a elite controller or slow progressor this why am testing negative for hiv. A doctor told me in 1998 something was wrong with my blood he never wanted to tell me saying I should go to a different doctor. Could it be hiv back in 1998 could he go so low it can't detect in 2020 to now 2022 because I waited too long to get tested. Welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I’ll be glad to comment.  The information you shared proves that HIV is not the cause of your difficulties.  The testing you describe looked for HIV RNA, HIV protein ( p24 antigen), and antibodies.  Any of these tests rank among the most sensitive tests in all of medicine and combined they are entirely, 100% conclusive.  FYI even elite controllers have positive tests with all three of these types of tests. There is no need for further testing for HIV to explore the cause of your chronic problems.---

Will the proviral hiv dna test better to detect HIV than rna pcr quantitative test are the 4th generation laboratory hiv test. Can the hiv hiding in my stomach so the tests i took cant find it. Doctor can i have hiv for 27 years with medication and still living if am a elite controller.  Do elite controller have symptoms from the onset of the disease. I have to take cholestyramine for my diarrhea. Am have night sweats insomnia i cant get tired always energetic. Can hiv hide in my gut so only proviral dna hiv test can detect it. Can all my antibodies disappear after so long this why the tests cant detect it. I have joint pain stomach issues chest pain sometime i think am having a heart attack. Perhaps my response above was not clear.  Elite controllers ALWAYS have both positive 4th generation tests and HIV PCR tests.  Your negative tests PROVE that you do not have HIV.---

Do you see anyone with hiv this long 27 years without medication and still living. I read that some elite controller was being missed by 4th generation laboratory hiv also antibodies test.  They say the pcr test is not good detecting low viral load in elite controller.  Dont hiv causes inflammation in the stomach. Is proviral dna hiv test better than 4th generation are rna pcr hiv tests for detecting long standing hiv. If that test i took in 1999 was positive would all these tests i took from 2020 t0 now would they be positive also. Are could the antibodies disappear from my body. If there was no antibodies would my viral load be high so the pcr test would detect it. Do you think proviral dna test would tell the true result other than the rests of 17 hiv tests i have taken. Do you see anyone thats having these health problems and turn out to be something esle other than hiv. Do antibodies disappear after so much year's.
