Dear Dr. Handsfield,
I am pleased to inform you that I've been tested negative (as you expected) for Gonorrhea, clamydia, M Genitalium and Trichomonas with NAAT. I feel much better, and I am pleased to thank you for your medical and evidence based support that helped me a lot in this difficult time.

I've just a final question. We didn't talk about syphilis ? should I be worried about ? is the only test that I didn't do it ... I didn't have symptoms like chancre in mouth or penis and it already pass 4 month from the event.
Can I return to normal life without worries.

From my closing reply in your previous thread: "This being your second question about this particular exposure and symptoms, it will have to be your last; repeated discussions of the same event and questions are not permitted." I will briefly answer this final question, but with no follow-up discussion.
This event was equally low risk for syphilis as for other STIs, and in absence of symptoms, testing is optional. However, given your extreme anxieties about this event, I am surprised you didn't have a syphilis blood test. Probably you should do it now: syphilis obviously is on your mind; and it is equally obvious that my opinion will not settle your fears entirely, that you will continue to worry until you have had a negative syphilis blood test. In other words, you should be tested for reassurance only, not because you are truly at risk. You can count on a negative result.
Please do not return to inform me of a negative result!
