Was confirmed positive HSV2 couple years ago with Western Blot.  If dating someone with HSV1 oral and 2 genital, what is likely hood that I could contact HSV 1 either orally or genitally?

Just about zero.  HSV 2 protects against the acquisition of HSV 1 while the reverse is not true.  Not to worry!

I don’t know when this was contracted, but at least 5 years ago an have never had outbreak, will I ever have one?  Also, maybe be having knee replacement surgery soon and wonder if any risk or disclosure needed?  Thanks for the help!

You may never have one.  there is just no way to predict this.
There is no need to disclose to your provider doing that knee replacement that you have HSV 2, none.  However, sometimes an experience like this, fairly major surgery in that area, could trigger an outbreak, so you might want to consider taking a short course of suppressive therapy starting five days prior to the surgery and for maybe a week after.  Just a thought - not important but possibly will be helpful.

I would guess that they are still good but you might want to check with your pharmacist.
