Hello  sorry for my English please answer the following especially point 2

1) question :  I took a naked massage which I regret from a girl escort my worry is I was laying  down with back facing her

She sat on my BUTT (ass)   So  she was RUBBING her vagina on my BUTT(ass)  I am worried that her vaginal fluids / or blood came out of her vagina and when into my butthole(anus )  where feces comes out

1a) my question if the girl  is infected with hiv or hepatits c stds etc   this is not how you get HIV  ?

1b)this is not  how you get other stds  or other blood borne infections as you say below in point 2 ?

2) doctor hunter says “ don’t share drug injection equipment and don’t have unprotected sex  with infected people and you will never get hiv or hepatitis C ,B or STDS and other blood borne infections  “

My only question is what does  ”drug injection  equipment“ mean ?

To answer it means  RE using hollow needle along with syringe attached  with  other  people  who are infected with hiv or hepatitis  C & B , stds or other blood borne infections  by inserting the hollow needle in my vein and then injecting myself by pushing the plunger of the syringe that has blood  inside the syringe & hollow needle  that’s all you mean I have understood this  correctly ? .
Please explain in simple english

2a) drug injection equipment ONLY means syringe attached to the hollow needle  that is all and   NO other OTHER OBJECTS  thats what you mean by point 2  ?

2b) unprotected sex : just means penis without condom inside vagina or the anus  in your statement  in point 2
You dont  get hiv or stds  ,hcv, hbv  from mouth  blow job or   vagina licking ? since thats not sex?

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your confidence in our services. Thank you for asking for my response personally, but it's only by chance that I am answering and not Dr. Hook:  it was just my turn when your question came in. Our knowledge, experience and advice are identical -- only the wording we use sometimes differs.

STIs are far harder to transmit than many other infections like measles, influenza, colds, COVID, and others. The bacteria and viruses that cause them evolved to require much more intimate contact, otherwise infection doesn't get passed. That's why they are sexually transmitted to begin with. If they could be transmitted by the sorts of exposures you describe, they wouldn't be called STDs in the first place and would be transmitted by handshaking, sneezing and other forms of non-intimate contact. ALL the events you describe are zero risk for STDs -- including HIV.

Those comments pretty well answer your specific questions, but to be explicit and assure no misunderstanding:

1a and b) Such contact is not how people catch the infections you mention. They are transmitted by intercourse, i.e. penis inside a partner's vagina, rectum or (less often) mouth, or rarely by direct genital-genital contact without penetration.

2a) I don't understand what is unclear about this. Drug injection equipment means syringes and needles used to inject drugs. It means no other objects of any kind. If you use narcotics or opioids (or other drugs) by injection, always use only your own equipment that has never been used by anyone else; and discard the equipment after each use. If you are not an injection drug user, the details don't matter, right?

2b) You partly understand:  All these contacts are forms of sex. But HIV and other STDs generally are transmitted only by penis penetration into a partner's vagina, rectum or, less commonly, mouth. Condoms reduce the risk during but do not entirely eliminate the chance of STD transmission. On rare occasions, some STDs can be transmitted by direct genital-genital contact, without penetration. Or sex is  low risk, but not zero risk:  that is, it is uncommon, but not impossible, to be infected by oral-vaginal and oral-penile contact. As for HCV, it is not transmitted sexually between males and females, even during unprotected vaginal sex; the only situation in which HCV is transmitted sexually is by anal sex with other men.

I hope these comments clarify things for you. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

Thank you ! NO I’m not drug user that’s why I need understanding in point 1 below  and my life is sorted do mention

1)  do respond to this : don’t  share drug injection equipment which means ONLY syringe attached to the hollow needle to inject (push plunger of syringe ) and do not have unprotected sex with infected people and you will never get hiv or hepatitis C ,B or STDS and other blood borne infections   “  ?

1a ) if you see in point 1 of this post  I  have added what does drug injection equipment means that is  re using syringe attached to the hollow needle ONLY and then you push the plunger of syringe  with blood in it to inject yourself   that is all ?

1b) point 1  of this post Is true for all STDS  this means : syphilis  etc ?

1c:  In point 1 what does blood borne infection mean ? I’m assuming it means all viruses such as hiv hepatitis c , stds etc ?

2)  :No other objects are a risk :  I confirm  that gauze , bandaids any other object applied on  my wound to stop bleeding

Or sharp objects  that cut me  cause bleeding e,g glass ,knife etc

Or any other objects of any kind

are NOT drug injection equipment thus no risk for hiv hepatitis b c stds or other blood borne infections

If these objects (gauze ,bandaid ,knife etc  )  were contaminated with wet or dry blood or body fluids outside the body this I read in your forum

1, including 1a, b and c) Since you are not an injection drug user, I don't understand why you need such detailed information. If you ever come across a discarded syringe or needle, or one that might have been used by someone, don't handle it, or be careful you do not injure yourself with it. You need no other information to remain entirely safe from HIV and STDs from this source.

2) True, no risk from contact with such items.

As for "other sharp objects", e.g. broken glass etc, these never are a risk for HIV or other STDs, even if they might have been in contact with someone's blood or other body fluids.

3) I don't understand what isn't clear. Genital-genital contact, without penetration, can rarely transmit some STDs transmitted by skin contact (such as syphilis, HPV and herpes) but not those transmitted through blood or body fluids (such as HIV, HBV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea).

English is not first language all I need to know we don’t get hiv hepatitis b c stds from environment that’s why point 1 is important below  that why I’m asking

1) conclusion :
don’t  share drug injection equipment which means ONLY  syringe attached to the hollow needle to inject  into my  vein  with and do not have unprotected sex with infected people and i will never get hiv or hepatitis C ,B or STDS and other blood borne infections  “  ?

1b) I almost got it drug injection equipment ONLY  means  blood Inside syringe attached to hollow needle and NO other objects

2)  I read even if person has cut on finger Got wet blood on gauze , bandaid
And applied  bandaid, gauze  on my wound

Or person who has cut finger got wet blood on sharp object e,g broken glass  and then cut me that cause bleeding

And that person is infected with hiv hepatitis b c stds

I’m not at risk for hiv hepatitis. B c stds as I did not SHARE drug injection equipment meaning blood inside syringe attached to the hollow needle as I I did not insert hollow needle in my vein and push plunger of syringe  to inject into my vein or had sex

So since I’m not at risk no need to test at hospital  for hiv etc resume life as normal

PLEASE  just clear this so I may move on

I'm sorry, but you are repeating the same statements. Yes, you correctly understand everything. If you remain uncertain, either because of language difficulties or basic understanding of the facts, I suggest you find a colleague or friend to help you understand. The important thing is that you are not at risk for HIV, viral hepatitis, or other STDs, based on the kinds of exposure you describe.

That concludes this thread. I hope the discussion has helped you. Best wishes and stay safe.
