[Question #9291] Handjob and nipple licking

Hi hello sir so I went to a massage parlor recently where I get a handjob. The masseuse did not not know much English and told me she came to America much recently I am sure I am being paranoid right now but I have one of two questions but I am mainly concerned about the first question.
1. During the handjob and massage the masseuse licked my nipple for a slight second unexpectedly to arouse me without my consent or I think that maybe to even go as far as to say that she might have bit my nipple for a slight second. In any way can I get any stds from this including HIV or maybe even herpes? I asked the masseuse why she did that and she said she was trying to arouse me and she also claimed that she doesn’t have any stds at all because she doesn’t have sex with clients due to the fact that she does handjobs only.
If the answer to this is no than why can’t I get STDs from this encounter. Should i need to get tested? I know the mouth Carey’s bacteria but I washed my nipple with hand sanitizer after.
2. Can I get any stds from a handjob?

Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your confidence in our services.
Some questions can be answered accurately based on the first few words -- in this case, from the title of your question. No STDs ever are transmitted by hand-genital contact or oral contact with skin, includes breasts and nipples. Unless there is a big surprise when I read the rest of your question, you are not at risk at all.
Now I have read the question in full. Guess what? My opening comments pretty well answer both your questions. Even if your massage partner has an STD, including an STD involving her mouth, there was no risk from this event. In theory, there was a small risk of herpes, if she has oral herpes. However, that's not even considered an STD -- and the chance of infection is less than the risk you'll be struck by lightning someday. You can ignore it. Similarly, hand-genital contact is entirely risk free: no STDs ever are transmitted that way.
So all is well. You are not at risk, should not be tested for anything, and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue your normal sexual practices without worry of transmitting any STD on account of your massage.
I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

So hey hello doctor should I not be worried about Syphillis or anything like HIV or herpes? And is there a reason why?

Correct, no worries about any of these. I explained the reason above: these infections are not transmitted by hand-genital contact, even if genital fluids are used for lubrication.---

Oh doc I wasn’t talking about the hand to genital contact I know that now thanks to you I was wondering can anything be transmitted if a women sucked on a man’s nipple? Has anything happened like that before?

No, that's equally low risk -- i.e. no risk at all of any STD. Most STDs rarely involve the mouth and when they do, usually are not transmitted by oral contact. As I said above, in theory there could be a small risk for herpes, if your partner had active oral herpes at the time. But that's not considered an STD, and in any case is exceedingly unlikely and probably wouldn't be a significant health problem anyway.---

As I said, "no risk at all of any STD". Of course that includes HIV and syphilis!
That concludes this thread. I hope the discussion has been helpful. Best wishes and stay safe.
