[Question #9295] Worrying about my PCR test result after unprotected sex

Hello
I met with transgender sex worker for body-to-body
massage, we gave each other oral, kissing and blowjob, and I preformed rimming
on her.
Then she started rubbing my chest "she was setting on my lower stomach" then she
grabbed my penis and and inserted the
tip of my penis in her anus for no more than 10 seconds.
Three days later I started to worry, so I wanted to know her status by asking her indirectly, so I texted her and asked if she would
have unprotected sex with me she said no problem but the price will be double, at that moment I realized that I am at real risk.
So After
14 days I tested for HIV (
I+II ) SCREEN - non-reactive which is I know
too early for this test
next day at 15th day I tested: Hiv
by pcr - Not detected
Below was written in the results
**Lower limit of detection (95% detection rate): 13
copies/ml. The assay detects the subtypes of HIV-1 groups M, N and O.**
My doctor who is well known in my country and has
more than 10 years experience treating HIV
patients, told me this test is conclusive and no need further tasting, but I
think he only said that because he thinks that I was paranoid about the sex worker
I met that she inserted the tip of my penis in her anus. He said she didn’t, but the anxiety is playing
with my brain, and I should relax.
My question to you
-how risky
is my encounter?
- Is this test conclusive after 15 days ? ( in my country is conclusive after 9 days )
- How likely if I tested 4th
gen combo after 45 days became positive?
- Does the Lower limit of detection (95% detection rate): 13 copies/ml. Has anything to do with the test accuracy?
- What is your advice?
Sorry my English is not my first language
Thank you,,

3. How likely if I tested 4th gen combo after 45 days became positive?
Virtually zero risk that a 4th generation test at 45 or more days will become positive
-4. Does the Lower limit of detection (95% detection rate): 13 copies/ml. Has anything to do with the test accuracy?
Typically when someone has acquired HIV their PCR is positive with thousands or even millions of DNA copies. This limit of detection is effectively zero. You can believe the result.
I hope this information is helpful. Given your test results, I would not be worried in the least. EWH
