Hello doctors,

I am a male who went to CSW from russian in dubai then i used a condom for oral sex, she sucked my penis for 3 minutes maybe, then condom widened or enlarge through this event but my penis with this event was covered. My question is there any risk for HIV and do i need testing or this event will not transmit hiv especially when i used condom.

Welcome to our Forum and thanks for your question.  I'll be glad to comment.  The encounter you describe was a no risk event.  The condom offered protection against all STIs including HIV as long as it was worn throughout the encounter.  Further, there are no documented cases in which HIV has been acquired from receipt of oral sex.  There is no risk, no need for concern, and no need for testing.

Please don't worry.  EWH

This is Strong evidence that you were not infected. We have never seen or heard of a person who went on to become positive following a negative PCR test anytime more than 11 days following exposure. Despite that, some experts recommend testing at six weeks using a fourth generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody test..

I would not worry.  EWH
