Hello doctor

I will try to describe my case but sorry for my bad English

I am married male 43 years old

5 days ago, I went to Dubai

Day 1 . The lady (A) in massage center gave me hand job and she was wearing a glove that Hurt me and made a small obvious scratch in the side of my penis

then I told her to remove the glove and continue for 3 min

after the i put my penis between her breast and continue until ejaculated

Day 2 . I went to the same message center but with a different lady (B) I did keep my under wear on also her kept her under wear on (our boxer only) and rubbing our genital area with each other

For sure there was I fluid come from us on the under wear from the rubbing and contact the under wear.

Day 3. I did the same thing with the same lady on Day 2.

Day 4 . I realized that tow thing

1-      I still had the scratch that I got it from the what happened on Day 1  and maybe the genital fluid contact the scratch  on Day 2&3

2-      I note the massage ladies do not get shower after the customer and they could transfer the genital fluid to other customer.

My question doctor

Should I worry about what happed from All stds

Sorry for my bad English

thanx

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions. Please don't worry about your English- you message is clear.

Please note that most commercial sex workers/masseuses in Dubai do not have HIV or other STIs.  Even if your partners did however, the activities you describe did not put you at risk for STIs.

Each of the activities you describe are no risk activities without any risk for acquisition of HIV or other STIs.  The activities you describe- receipt of masturbation, both by use of hands or between your partner's breasts are no risk events. Similarly, genital rubbing without penetration is also a no risk activity.  In addition, STIs are not transmitted through wet underwear.  Please also note that for each of these activities it is not at all unusual to get your partner's genital secretions on each other but there is no risk in this unless penetration occurred.  Scratches of the sort you acquired on day 1 do not change this- still no risk for HIV or other STIs.  I would not be concerned at all and see no need for testing of any sort.

I hope that this information is helpful.  EWH

Thank you so much doctor
Really I appreciate that

Your answer is very clear to me

The only concern now

If the massage lady in day 1 didn't Wash her hands before she did the handjob for me
and there were a remaining  secretions from a previous customer
Is there any risk in the presence of a scratch in the penis?

Thanks a lot

Even if your partner on day one had another person’s general secretions on her hands, there would be no risk for STI’s including HIV. STI’s and HIV are never transmitted through contact with a person’s contaminated hands. Nothing to worry about. EWH---
