In view of the long time since your previous ones I won't delete this message. However, I have no advice you were not given in reply to your previous identical questions. There is zero risk of any STI from the events described; your genital symptoms cannot possibly due to any infection from those events; and no STI is a likely cause of the symptoms you describe. If they continue and are sufficiently bothersome, you should seek medical care; if you have previously had medical care for "discomfort over prostate and penis", it would be logical to contact that provider.
