I doubt that it is herpes, especially with your partner using a condom. It does hurt the first time you have anal sex - OUCH! I think it will calm down after a while but it can take a while for sure, But if you see any sores or any visually in that area, be sure to go a clinician and have it examined and swab tested if there are any concerns. ---

No sores burning sensation just after I poop and start moving around my anus feels itchy and the sensation that I have broken glass it’s been about almost 4 weeks since my encounter and I am still having these symptoms I have also noticed really small amounts of blood when I wipe my anus, does not hurt at all when I wipe anus , should I still not worry about herpes or could these be anal fissures? How long will it take anus to heal if it is

I'm sorry you're still uncomfortable. Have you had anyone do examination to see if they see anything that might be concerning. This is a long time from the encounter to continue to feel like broken glass in our anus. I really don't think this sounds like herpes but it does sound like an internal exam would be useful to be sure nothing is wrong farther inside. Would you be up for doing that?

Ok my anxiety getting the best of me about the possibility of it being herpes ? Would I be having these symptoms almost 4 weeks later if it was herpes , would I feel lesions and would they hurt if it was herpes?

If they were herpes, they would likely be at least tender and four weeks would be too far out to represent a new case of herpes.
