[Question #9432] Disclosure?

Hi doctor,
I know I shouldn’t come back here, but I have one question regarding my past potential wart disclosure as I am entering a new serious relationship.
I was seeing two dermatologists about it because I got mixed diagnosis. One believes it was not a wart at all, the other believes it was a wart but not a classic one, but he also believes it is gone now after freezing.
Should I disclose this to my partner?
Also I am still having chronic fatigue and dull headache and  in one side since all this incident started, I tested for everything but HIV since it was oral exposure. Do you think I should test for it? I just want to be able to close this chapter

Thank you and I really appreciate your patience

*Sigh*. You don't even know you had a wart. Probably not:  no doctor can accurately diagnose a past wart that they never saw before it was gone. And as repeatedly discussed, it is exceedingly unlikely a wart would be acquired by oral sex. But even with confirmed genital warts, nobody is obligated to inform new partners about past warts that have been gone and have not recurred after a few months. Some do so anyway, as a sign of commitment, but that's entirely up to you.

If I correctly recall your sexual history, you cannot possibly have HIV; and headache is not a symptom of HIV or any STD. There is no need for testing.

There will be no further discussion, and this must be your last question on the forum. As you have previously been informed, repeated anxiety driven questions are not permitted and future ones will be deleted without even this much comment or reply. Do your best to move on without worry.
