Welcome back to the Forum.  I think you already know that the experiences you describe were no risk events in terms of risk for HIV or for other STIs.  Most commercial sex workers do not have HIV or STIs.  Even if one of your partners did, STIs, including HIV are not transmitted by receipt of masturbation or receipt of condom protected oral sex.  The body rubbing you describe is called frottage.  As long as there was no penetration, even if your partner had HIV or an STI, which is unlikely, there is no risk for infection.  Further, I can assure you that if there had been penetration during your frottage, you would know it.

There is no need for concern, no need for testing and no need to avoid unprotected sex with your wife because of the exposures that you describe

I hope this information is helpful.  EWH

I am confident that your night sweats are not related to any STI which you might have acquired from the encounter you describe.  They are quite non-specific and have many potential causes including heartburn.  EWH---

Final responses.

The answer to questions one and two is the same. There are no data on how the duration of exposure affects risk for acquisition of HIV. Logically, the longer the exposure, the higher the risk but exactly how much risk is increased with the longer duration exposures is unknown.

The gender of sexual partners with regard to oral sex makes no difference. There are no known cases of HIV that have been acquired through receiving oral sex. With regard to performing oral sex on an infected partner, the estimated risk of infection is less than one infection for every 10,000 exposures in other words 99.99% of exposures related to performing oral sex do not lead to infection.  These estimates are imprecise because infections due to performing oral sex are so rare.

. There is no such thing as a 100% answer. Whether or not you choose to test it’s up to you. Personally I would not be concerned and would not test.  Nor would I hesitate to have unprotected sex with your wife. The fact she is nursing is irrelevant. I hope these responses are helpful to you. Time to move on from your concerns. EWH
