Date today 17 of December 2022 I'm from Australia an on the 21st November 2022 this year Iam male an had vaginal intercourse with female CSW of Asian descent in motel room, we used a condom  had sex in doggystyle position without lubrication which frightens me as that increases chances of catching hiv/stds is that right? half way through them 4-5 minutes of sex I pulled out an she started masturbating me with condom on for 20secs before I touched the condom with her vaginal fluids on it with my fingers before I said put it back in an what scares me is she could have pierced the condom an that her fluids could have infected me through unknown cuts on my fingers or hands then we continued until I blew my load in the condom an to my knowledge it didn't break well I'm hoping not I'm just worried  that that her fluids may have infected me aswell when she took the condom of with a tissue I am uncircumcised My symptoms I started urinating more often 7days later what continued up until now then started having a somewhat itcy anus 6 days after exposure that an after urinating on the 28th of November 7days after exposure my balls wer a bit sore an uncomfortable an that has continued on n off up until now also noticed some ulcers in my mouth a 14 days later but I don't know if they wer there before hand as I am anxious an scared it is ruining my life I am  Testing in Australia I think it's 4th gen hiv ag/ab ,1st test 3 days after exposure, 4gen lookin for hiv antibodies blood taken from vein sent to lab 24th Nov, with urine test for stds clamidyia hepc syphilis which were all negative hiv window is 18 days, all was negative and had 2nd of same tests but looking for gonorrhea also had it on 5th of December 14days after exposure also came back negative then my most recent test 12th december 21 days after exposure did same tests which were also negative but 2 days after the test, I woke up an my inguinal lymphnode was swollen which is freaking me out is it hiv seroconversin? Also 

Was your partner a licensed commercial sex worker?  If so, it is very unlikely that she had an STI (including HIV) as testing for CSWs in Australia effectively eliminates risk for HIV and other STIs.  

Your swollen lymph nodes are of little concern.  Swollen lymph nodes are very non-specific and, in the setting of your negative tests, are unlikely to be due to HIV.  

18 days is a bit early but currently available tests for HIV are highly reliable- when tests are negative on the presence of symptoms, negative tests absolutely prove that symptoms are NOT due to HIV.  At 4 weeks/28 days, current 4th generation tests such as the ones you wer tested with detect over ((% or recent HIV infections

Frequent urination is not a sign of STI, nor is it a sign of HIV.  It is a sign of anxiety.

When symptoms are due to HIV, 4th generation tests for HIV are always positive.  Your negative tests are proof that the symptoms present at that time are not due to HIV.  As I've already said, swollen lymph nodes are non-specific and in the absence of high fever, severe sore throat and other symptoms do not suggest HIV.  The signs of recently acquired HIV are high fever, severe sore throat, and severe muscle or joint pains.  None of the symptoms you describe are suggestive of HIV

Sneezing, runny nose and cough are not a sign of HIV.  Nor are they a sign of any STI.

So questions are 

#1- your saying I'm more worried than then I should be, so what should I be worried about then?

#2-What's the chance I would have acquired hiv from my sexual encounter with the CSW 

#3- how much is the the inguinal lymphnode of some concern after rising on day 23 without fever or sore throat and is it certain you have hiv with this swollen inguinal lymphnode?

 

#4-how many days until seroconversion takes place after exposure in your experience an history covering hiv ?

#5-how conclusive Is the 4th gen lab test on day 21 even though the inguinal lymphnode swelled up on day 23 and what wat would cause swelling and is cloudy urine a sign of hiv?

#6- would you know if you had a hiv rash or could stress also cause little bumps on upper chest because there aren't redness or raised lesions with it?

Am dreading getting my test and am living in constant fear and my anxiety and chronic stress have elevated since the lymphnode appeared actually scared to sleep incase anything else arises

Sigh.  See earlier responses.  The rash you describe does not suggest HIV.
