Welcome to our Forum. Thanks for your questions. It appeared that you copied your question into the site rather than directly entering it. Please don't do that. It makes your questions difficult to follow.
Was your partner a licensed commercial sex worker? If so, it is very unlikely that she had an STI (including HIV) as testing for CSWs in Australia effectively eliminates risk for HIV and other STIs.
Your swollen lymph nodes are of little concern. Swollen lymph nodes are very non-specific and, in the setting of your negative tests, are unlikely to be due to HIV.
18 days is a bit early but currently available tests for HIV are highly reliable- when tests are negative on the presence of symptoms, negative tests absolutely prove that symptoms are NOT due to HIV. At 4 weeks/28 days, current 4th generation tests such as the ones you wer tested with detect over ((% or recent HIV infections
I hope this information is helpful. If I missed part of your questions or any part of my response is unclear, please use your up to two follow-ups for clarification, EWH

Thanks doc, I don't think she is licensed I got her out of newspaper I don't know if that means she is licensed? why would I urinate more often an have a itcy anus on and off till now 7days after exposure? my last vein to lab test was at 21days which was negative is that good sign?? why would my lymphnodes be of concern, is that a sign of sero conversion ihavent had drenching night sweats yet? Also I had a headache day before I caught a cold on day 17 with sneezing, runny nose and bringing up phlegm from family members I've had the cold for 10 days exact now the lymphnodes swelled on day7 of the cold which started after headache so is that seroconversion? And should I be worried about the painless 2 ulcers in mouth an I always feel like I have a chill an I get cold an i always have to clear throat for last 2 weeks it's like phlegm is always caught in throat feels like chest infection could that cause swollen inguinal nodes? and how does the tests I have been tested with work are they pretty accurate and do they pick up hiv pretty good ? I have been a wreck with anxiety chronic stress an guilt I haven't been sleeping good or eating as healthy as I usually do in last 3 weeks can that have an effect on my immune system which causes symptoms? an I look for symptoms daily trying to convince myself Im in seroconverion I have also abstained from sex with my partner to be safe could I have safe sex with her without passing anything onto her? What are main symptoms of seroconversion from your expierience an when do they start cheers

You are probably worrying far more than you need to be.
Frequent urination is not a sign of STI, nor is it a sign of HIV. It is a sign of anxiety.
When symptoms are due to HIV, 4th generation tests for HIV are always positive. Your negative tests are proof that the symptoms present at that time are not due to HIV. As I've already said, swollen lymph nodes are non-specific and in the absence of high fever, severe sore throat and other symptoms do not suggest HIV. The signs of recently acquired HIV are high fever, severe sore throat, and severe muscle or joint pains. None of the symptoms you describe are suggestive of HIV
Sneezing, runny nose and cough are not a sign of HIV. Nor are they a sign of any STI.
You have one follow-up left. Please try not to worry. EWH

Thank you your expertise is much appreciated Dr, great forum you have here helps alot of people
So questions are
#1- your saying I'm more worried than then I should be, so what should I be worried about then?
#2-What's the chance I would have acquired hiv from my sexual encounter with the CSW
#3- how much is the the inguinal lymphnode of some concern after rising on day 23 without fever or sore throat and is it certain you have hiv with this swollen inguinal lymphnode?
#4-how many days until seroconversion takes place after exposure in your experience an history covering hiv ?
#5-how conclusive Is the 4th gen lab test on day 21 even though the inguinal lymphnode swelled up on day 23 and what wat would cause swelling and is cloudy urine a sign of hiv?
#6- would you know if you had a hiv rash or could stress also cause little bumps on upper chest because there aren't redness or raised lesions with it?
Am dreading getting my test and am living in constant fear and my anxiety and chronic stress have elevated since the lymphnode appeared actually scared to sleep incase anything else arises
I have a 4th gen blood test 2mora at sexual health clinic on day 30, I will let you know how that all goes thanks again Doctor

Final responses regarding your low to no risk exposure:
#1- your saying I'm more worried than then I should be, so what should I be worried about then?
I see little reason for concern. You do not know that your partner had any infection, you used a condom. Condom protected sex is safe sex as long as a condom is worn throughtout the penetrative sex acts.
#2-What's the chance I would have acquired hiv from my sexual encounter with the CSW
Close to zero. Certainly less than 1 in 100,000 on a statistical base (i.e. 99.99% chance that you would not be infected)
#3- how much is the the inguinal lymphnode of some concern after rising on day 23 without fever or sore throat and is it certain you have hiv with this swollen inguinal lymphnode?
As I already mentioned, this is a non-specific problem. It is not something to worry about.
#4-how many days until seroconversion takes place after exposure in your experience an history covering hiv ?
Also repetitive. HIV RNA PCR tests that are negative at more than 11 days are strong evidence that there is no HIV infection and results of 4th generation, combination HIV antigen/antibody tests are absolutely conclusive.
#5-how conclusive Is the 4th gen lab test on day 21 even though the inguinal lymphnode swelled up on day 23 and what wat would cause swelling and is cloudy urine a sign of hiv?
More repetition. While the results are not conclusive overall, the negative test PROVES that your lymph node swelling is NOT due to HIV.
#6- would you know if you had a hiv rash or could stress also cause little bumps on upper chest because there aren't redness or raised lesions with it?
Sigh. See earlier responses. The rash you describe does not suggest HIV.
I will keep the thread open so that you can post your 30 day test results which I am confident will be negative but there will no further responses until that time as per Forum Guidelines. Please don't worry. EWH
