[Question #9496] Sti stinging skin

Hi, I have a question since an exposure 10 or 11 days ago. I had a massage and then the lady rubbed my penis on her stomach and breasts. Following this she then licked the shaft of my penis for about 1min. She then masturbated me to climax.
The licking of penis was from the bottom of shaft up to about a centimetre or 2 from the glands starting. I am circumcised.
Yesterday on about day 10 I have felt a sore bit of skin on the shaft foreskin just below the glands. It is sore to touch but the are looks normal other than a bit red made worse by my constant touching and inspecting. Today is day 11 and it’s rather sore to touch but can’t make out any cut or sore or blister of any kind.
I am worried for any STI including herpes. I have not had a cold sore before that I remember. I also don’t recall any cold sore on her lips. However she was licking my penis not sucking so my penis was never in her mouth.
Where the skin is sore I get an occasional feeling of throb there.
I am worried that I may have caught some STI.

Welcome back to forum. The circumstances of this exposure are quite similar to our interaction a month ago, as are my answers. She did not take your penis in her mouth and there is no risk from receipt of masturbation, frottage (body rubbing) or having the shaft of your penis licked. Further, the symptoms you describe do not suggest an STI. Specifically regarding herpes since you asked, if this were herpes, lesions would have quickly appeared in the area of your discomfort.
If your discomfort does not improve over the next day or so, I would look for other causes of your discomfort. Non-STI fungal infections are common, as is irritation from unintended trauma such as masturbation.
I see no reason for concern, no reason for testing. I hope that these comments are helpful. EWH
