I had unprotected insertive oral blowjob + body to body massage on 5th January.

The massage was very aggressive with oil. She did blow me and I’m sure her saliva touched my urethra. Not sure if there’s any blood or sores in her mouth.

Also I’m not sure if her vagina fluid slipped onto my penis when she was rubbing her body against mine.

Symptoms so far:
- Feeling slight neck stiffness behind my left side
- Had slight flu. Now pleghm is coming out
- Don’t feel like eating much
- Don’t feel like getting things done, tired and have been sleeping 12 hours yet waking up slightly tired

I’m having very high anxiety right now and could use your help

Do I have a chance of HIV?

Welcome to our Forum.  Thanks for your questions.  I'll be glad to comment. Your risk for acquisition of HIV from the activities you describe is virtually zero.  I say this with total confidence. Here are the reasons I say this:

1.  You don't mention whether or not your partner was a commercial sex worker or otherwise risky but even if she was, most CSWs do not have HIV.
2.  The symptoms that you describe really are not suggestive of the symptoms of recently acquired HIV- the so-called Acute Retroviral Syndrome (ARS).  Typically the symptoms of the ARS are severe and include HIGH fever, severe muscle of joint aches and a severe sore throat.  Respiratory symptoms and sputum production are not part of the ARS.  I am confident that your symptoms are due to something other than HIV.
3.  No one has EVER been proven to acquire HIV from receipt of oral sex and vigorous massage is likewise safe sex.

Bottom line, this was a no risk event. No need for concern, no need for HIV testing related to this encounter.  EWH

Hi Dr,
Apologies for not including additional information:

She is a masseuse that does body to body massage, particularly with her tits.

1. So if there was a chance that her blood mixed with saliva came into my penis hole, there's no risk??

2. My tongue is white before I have my breakfast, is this something I should worry about?

3.Is the pain at the back of my neck something I should worry about?

4. Also, I have been sleeping a lot more and been staying up very little, the feeling of not doing anything, tired - I feel this one is coming from anxiety more than anything.

5. I'm also fluctuating weight between 2-4 kg in a span of 17 days

Are these a sign of any HIV/STD?

Thanks for the additional information.  None of this however changes my assessment.  Specifically:

1. So if there was a chance that her blood mixed with saliva came into my penis hole, there's no risk??

Still no risk

2. My tongue is white before I have my breakfast, is this something I should worry about?

No this is common and not related to HIV.  It tends to be noticed when persons are concerned and examining themselves more closely than usual.

3.Is the pain at the back of my neck something I should worry about?

Np.  It may represent tension but does not in any way suggest HIV

4. Also, I have been sleeping a lot more and been staying up very little, the feeling of not doing anything, tired - I feel this one is coming from anxiety more than anything.

Agree- likely anxiety.  I hope my responses will help you to relax

5. I'm also fluctuating weight between 2-4 kg in a span of 17 days

This too is normal.  Anxiety may lead to either weight loss of weight gain.

Please don't worry.  EWH
