[Question #9657] Strip club handjob

Hi
I was recently abroad and went to a strip club. One stripper guided my hand towards her vagina and my finger went slightly in, about as far as where my nail ends, I didn't want to do this so I withdrew, but I was afraid because I bite my nails and there may be broken skin there, I don't see any obvious cut though
Also, another stripper reached down my pants and asked if I wanted a blowjob, I told her just to use her hand so she left the room and got baby wipes, I'm not sure if she used them to clean her hands. She then gave me an unprotected handjob for about 2 mins and I came. it wasn't aggressive, and she didn't really touch the head. I'm not sure if she had any vagina fluids on her hands. I also didnt see her hands clear enough to notice lesions, cuts a warts.
I should also mention I licked both womens nipples.
Am I at risk of Aids, herpes, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, HPV or any STI for that matter.

Welcome to the Forum. Thanks for your questions. I'll be glad to comment.
Each of the events you describe- inserting your finger into a potentially infected woman's vagina or receiving masturbation from someone- fall into the general classification of masturbation and, as such, are no risk events for acquisition of STIs, including HIV. The presence of scrapes, cuts or abrasions on your fingers makes no difference.
For each of the situations you describe, there is no risk for any STI nor is there are need for testing of any sort.
I hope that these responses are helpful. EWH

Thanks for the response.
I just want to cover all my bases.
From reading the form it appears as though the most likely thing I could get from this activity would be HPV (Although still hyper unlikely) and Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, herpes are impossible?. I read that you have never heard of any of these being passed on by a handjob?
I believe I am just very anxious due to guilt since I have never done anything like this before.
I feel since yesterday the head of my penis has a very slight itch, and I was getting a slight burning sensation just as I finish urinating. Could this be caused by the events from 72/98 hours ago. Could this be just from masturbating since I've come home or maybe even psychosomatic? I was also drinking a lot over the weekend so I woulve been dehydrated?

When persons are anxious or worried, they tend to examine themselves and monitor sensations much more closely than normal. When this happens, people start to notice normal sensations which would have otherwise been overlooked. This is probably what is happening here. EWH---

Hi Dr,
The symptoms I described in my last message have more or less gone since I started drinking a lot of water.
As this is my last question I would just like to confirm a few things.
The acts I mentioned in my first message are so unlikely to result in anything that there is no reason to go for an STI check (even hpv)?
I have no reason to be afraid to have more sexual partners for risk of infection?
I also forgot metion a bigger cut I have a bit further up my thumb, that was scabbed over, is this a risk?
I also have noticed that since Ive gotten the good news that this is a no risk event, my mind is racing wondering did I go further, even though I have a pretty clear memory of the whole situation, although I was drinking.
Is it common for people to question their memory of the event due to anxiety?
Thanks for the help!

Straight to your follow-ups:
Correct- this was a virtually no risk encounter. Nothing about the encounter you describe suggests that future partners would be at risk for any STI because of that encounter.
The cut on your thumb does not in any way change my assessment- still a no risk event.
Try not to go down the "what if" rabbit hole of maybe I did more than I reported. Believe in yourself. It's time to move forward and put the concerns you mention above aside.
This will complete this thread. Take care. Please don't worry. EWH
