To whom it may concerned,Thank you for spending your precious time on the issue that I'm having. I'm a male, 34, currently with a Significant Other.I will summarize my worries into timeline below:
5 Dec - Unprotected Oral Sex / Kissing with female CSW
12 Dec - Unprotected Intercourse with SO (stupidly thinking that Oral Sex is Safe Sex)
26 Dec - Unprotected Oral Sex with female CSW
28 Dec - SO complained of swollen vulva and clinic doctor visually diagnosed as BV and gave antibiotics, cortisol cream pain subsided in three days but with some minor lumpy discharge
2 Jan - I took STD panel for VDRL, HIV (1&2) Ab+Ag, HEP B,  Chlamydia and HSV 1 & 2 Igg (index 0.1 & 0.3). All negative.
5 Jan - I took a full panel STD includes more items like Gonnerrhea, HPV and Trichomonas. All negative with HSV as well (0.0, 0.1)
13 Jan - Unprotected Intercourse with SO (stupidly thinking that I'm in the clear)
18 Jan- SO feels recurring swollen vulva and clinic doctor visually diagnosed as Yeast infection and given Clotrimazole, anti fungal meds and cortisol cream, pain went away in few days
20 Jan - Personally had flu symptoms with coughing and phlegm. Not too worried as there's flu passing around in the work place, but have a slightly painful at the right flank of the back.
28 Jan - SO felt some slight discomfort in the vagina, scheduled a different doctor and after inspecting for abnormalities deduce it was remaining Yeast Infection. Swab the area and send it for culture. Confirmed Candida Albans budding and prescribe additional Clotrimazole
2 Feb - Personally did a standard STD Panel with Chlamydia, HIV AG/Ab, HSV1 and 2 CLIA (Index 0.17, 0.27) all negative.
So far that's the history from exposure, my questions are :(i) Could my SO's Yeast infection cause by HSV from me? (II) Can my latest Igg test considered a good indicator? Do you recommend testing HSV at the 12 weeks for 1st exposure than 12 weeks for the second exposure?(III) Is there a possible WB Herpes test in Singapore?

I think if she had an examination and no lesions were found or anything that triggered concern from her doctor, HSV is really unlikely.  And you've had no sores or lesions, correct?  The HSV that you get from receiving oral sex is HSV 1.  Have you or your SO ever had a cold sore on your lip or in your nose?  If yes, then that person already has HSV 1 and could be very unlikely to get it genitally as well.

IgG testing is best done 10-12 weeks after a concerning encounter, correct.
I don't believe we could work out a western blot from someone living in Singapore.  But I really don't think one is necessary.  it is really so unlikely that your SO's problems are due to HSV and that both exams missed it.

Thank you Terri for your reply among your busy schedule.
After a month after the 26 Dec encounter, I had a red itchy bump on the right buttocks on the center of boxer's line. I believed I had scratched it too hard and it bled and formed a scab. Did not swab that as i suspect that was a insect bite.
We both do not have cold sores on the lip or mouth, and as I can remember for myself none since childhood.
(i) Is that bump warrants any concern?
(ii) Given my timeline, is the current results a good indicator? Would a test for type specific igg at March 6th be definitive for my case?
(III) Should I further test my SO even if I am negative for that March 6th test?

The bumps of HSV on the buttocks start as red areas, then make large blisters under the skin that are painful.  They come to the surface of the skin, open, weep, drain then scab over.  The whole process takes about 3 weeks, normally,
Your current results are good news, yes,  Remember that if you test further, there is always the possibility of a false positive so be careful about further testing!

Thank you for the reply. I understand this would be my last question before I purchase additional questions.

For your update, I have done a STD panel like the last one on the March 8 and was negative for everything. (HSV 1 and 2 are 0.01 and 0.02 respectively.) However, just prior the day of testingI have been experiencing constant lower back pain, tingling and numbness for hands and feet, and shoulder neck pain that persist until now. I went to a neurologist and prescribe me Xanax for anxiety disorders but I will soon return to him for nerve tests.

My questions are;
In your opinion, is my testing 10.5 weeks out consider conclusive or what are your recommendations?

Is my nerve symptoms a display of HSV infection?

I doubt that your nerve concerns are due to herpes.  The IgG test can miss some cases, particularly of HSV 1 but in particular, genital herpes would not cause tingling in your hands or neck and shoulder pain.  If I were you, I think I would believe the IgG test in your situation.
