Hello Doctors,

I had another one night stand the few days ago and used protection, the condom did not break or slip and was fully intact when I disposed of it. Although I do not know the sexual history and health of the partner I’m assuming your assessment would be that this would not constitute a high risk exposure? Therefore no testing or medication is required?

Your assumptions are correct -- and that's all I'll have to say.

Your previous thread concluded with this statement: "Please note the forum does not permit repeated questions on the same topic or exposure. This being your third, it will have to be your last one; future new questions along these lines may receive no reply and the posting fee will not be refunded," and then went on to say the reasons for the policy. Just because this is a new exposure does not make it a new topic. The answers about this exposure are obvious from the three other discussions. Future questions like this will not receive even this much reply. If you remain concerned, please go back and carefully read your other questions and Dr. Hook's and my replies.
